Regional parks

From hiking to snowshoeing, mountain biking to kayaking, canoeing to fishing and interpretation centers to kids’ playgrounds, the regional parks offer you a natural, healthy and accessible environment. Our parks represent more than 200 magnificent natural areas which offer you a multitude of 4 season activities ideal for tourists, local nature-lovers and families. Make it last longer and have the pleasure of staying in a campground, a cabin or a chalet surrounded by this wild and peaceful environment. 

Poisson Blanc regional park

An island all to yourself is waiting for you at Poisson Blanc Regional Park’s located in Upper-Laurentians at the Outaouais frontieres. The Poisson Blanc Lake campsites are located on islands or peninsulas and only accessible by canoe, kayak or SUP. Rustic and isolated, we offer an exceptional camping experience on a vast stretch of water where you have the privilege of having no close neighbours. More than 10 km of hiking trails are located on Montagne du Diable, in the Rapide-du-Fort sector.

Vallée Bras-du-Nord

A piece of heaven only an hour away from Quebec!

With 80 km of trails for hiking and snowshoeing, 149 km of mountain biking paths including 65 km of singletracks and a 17.5 km river run, Vallée Bras-du-Nord is the ideal outdoor destination! We also offer activities such as canyoning, via ferrata, fat bike and back-country skiing.

With its magnificent falls and its breathtaking viewing points, Vallée Bras-du-Nord is one little piece of heaven for the outdoors enthusiasts!

The Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux is an outdoor lover's ultimate playground.This adventure park on the shores of the Saguenay Fjord with Dôme, suspended spheres, camping, log cabins and tree houses, offers a real chance to experience one extreme to another. Choose from sea-kayaking, via ferrata, high ropes courses and zip-lines or just take it easy on a light hike or family picnic.

Parc régional du Massif du sud

The Massif du Sud regional park is a little paradise for hiking, cross-country skiing, fatbike, montain bike and snowshoeing. Those looking for spectacular lookouts, old-growth forests ou vast open spaces will not be disspaointed! Amongst other services and activities offered in the park : rope course, geocaching, camping, yurts and boreal tents.

Le Parc régional Montagne du Diable

Destination Outstanding Adventure Vacation

A four season destination, open year round, the regional Park Montagne du Diable is a 100 km 2 playground paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

Our park offers a wide range of activities including hiking, classic cross-country, skate, Nordic, and hok skiing, snowshoeing, biking, both mountain and fat, canoe / kayak or SUP. Extend your vacation by spending the night in a camp cabin in the Village des Batisseurs at the foot of the mountain or a day shelter or log cabin at the summit.

Our new welcome center pavilion offers all amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasurable visit.

Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles

Ultimate ecotouristic destination 

One of the most beautiful natural settings in the region with a soft-flowing river surrounded by luxurious vegetation. Explore this enchanting site in all safety. A dozen islands are accessible with numerous hiking trails and service areas. New activity in the twilight: the biodiversity excursion.

An incredible outdoor center : 20 km of hiking trails (guided tours), the world's longest pedestrian suspension bridge, a 50 meter gorge, two observation towers, camping in the wilderness/with services, horseback riding (initiation, rides), mini-farm, swimming pool, 17 km of mountain bike trails intermediate/advanced levels, fishing, bird watching sites, floral garden.

Our mountain trails, judged to have the best panoramas in the Laurentians, are physically challenging, and our rock and ice centres are accessible to all. Developed and managed by outdoor enthusiasts, our welcome and campfire nights are legendary. We await your arrival.

Parc régional Val-David - Val-Morin, secteur Dufresne

Val-David, where nature reigns supreme

Nature tamed just enough to offer fans of the outdoors an ecotourism haven. This protected forest is traversed by hundred of kilometers of hiking, cross country and snowshoe trails, of varying levels of difficulty. Look outs, belvederes and shelters made the experience all the more memorable. Over many years, climbers from all over come and practice their favourite sport enjoying the beautiful panorama of the park. From training walls to overhangs, Val-David's climbing gardens have something for everyone.

The Magdalene Islands' home to kayakers!

This is the perfect place for combining sea kayaking with a camping trip or a stay at our famous youth hostel. You' ll enjoy a unique blend of sand, sea and cliffs during your holiday. Our central location is ideal for exploring the entire archipelago. Certified training, guided tours and trips are organized on location!

Le Canyon des Portes de l'Enfer

The Canyon des Portes de l’Enfer was located at 35 km of Rimouski via 232. It begins with the waterfall Grand Sault and stretching on 5 km. The main activity, hiking spends about 30 min to 5h30 hours. The managed trail of 1 to 18 km is accessible for many people. Ours path was certified by RandoQuébec.

Many attractions were here:

  • The Grand Sault, a waterfall of 20 meter high
  • The Descente aux Enfers, a up and down stair of 300 hundred steps
  • A highest suspension bridge in Québec with is 63 meter high
  • The  chute Chaud , a small waterfall of 20 meter high
  • A Maze of hell
  • The only one immersive path in Bas St-Laurent; Les Portes d’Oniria where meet imaginary and technology
