The all-inclusive adventure

Quatre Natures offers all-inclusive adventure activities. You don't need to worry about transportation, materials, food or accommodation. Our professional guide team will take care of you throughout the activity.

Whether for a tour of a few hours or for an expedition of several days, our guides will make you live an authentic adventure in complete safety. Our activities cover the entire province and some of our trips will introduce you to Ontario's lakes and forests.

Quatre Natures also offers an outdoor equipment rental service. If you need something, chances are we can provide it. We offer a whole range of activities including sea kayaking, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, fat biking, ski-shoeing, nordic skiing and winter camping. If you have a specific request, we will be happy to assist you in your project.

Discovery Orleans Island in sea kayaking

Discovery Orleans Island in sea kayaking

explore from the St-Lawrence River

The activity will make you discover the sea kayaking but also will allow you to discover Orleans Island by the St. Lawrence River. Like a navigator, you can discover the history of the island and observe the boats.

Departure 9:30am and 1:30pm - approximate duration 3h

After getting dressed with the kayak gears, the guide will explain the safety guidelines (weather forecast, maps, signalization…) and will show you how to adjust and use your double kayak. Then the group will head off to the Saint-Lawrence River to navigate following littoral island. Half way through the itinerary there will be a pause on the shore for a snack..

Included: a professional guide, sea kayak equipment, kayak clothing, waterproof bag as required, snack.

Like the first explorers of Quebec, discover this majestic valley by canoe. This fast boat is very suitable for exploring lakes and rivers and has a large loading capacity.

This canoe trip will allow you to discover the Jacques-Cartier National Park by going down the river and introducing you to the canoe. The descent of the Jacques-Cartier River alternates quiet and fast section with some portages depending on the water level. When you arrive at the camp, your guide will take care of cooking you a delicious meal and you will enjoy the view of the mountains and the river by the fire.

Snowshoeing Tour

Visiting Quebec City in winter doesn’t mean you have to stay indoors. Get out and have some fun on this snowshoeing adventure in the Jacques-Cartier National Park.

Explore the forest, look out for wildlife, learn about the area from your local guide, and get the chance to take beautiful winter photos. Stop at a heated tent for lunch and a refreshing hot drink.

A gourmet hike to explore the most beautiful trails in the national park and to taste several local products.

The tour is accessible to beginners will allow you to admire the most spectacular landscapes of the park. By the edge of a river or in the heart of a forest, the trail will take you gradually to a viewpoint to observe the valley of the national park. Breaks will be taken to taste local food and drink. Maybe you will even dare to taste the products of nature!!

Accessible to all, your guide will show you the forest and its magnificent landscapes and a dinner break will be made halfway.
