For school groups, it can be interesting to discover the particularities of this second important peat bog in southern Quebec, with its 3 km of trails that culminate in a 1.2 km boardwalk deposited directly on the bog. This sector is in the process of becoming a protected ecological reserve. It is closed from mid-November to mid-May.
Activities offered: hiking, wildlife and flora interpretation course, geocaching, fishing, biking, snowshoeing, 18-module hebertism course (for ages 6 and up), rally with GPS ($).
Free access from sunrise to sunset. The information and equipment rental service (GPS rally, snowshoeing, overnight stay in a refuge) is located at the tourist information office of the MRC de L'Érable in Plessisville.
