Divided into 3 sectors, the park offers camping and rental accommodations for all tastes, from active to contemplative. You can hike on about 20 km of hiking trails along the river and on about 10 km of mountain bike trails, including the brand new Zig Zag trail. The park offers many outdoor activities and even nature interpretation activities guided by biologists. Access to the sandy river is available in each sector.

    Hiking in the park close to Trois-Rivières

    Walk and explore the trails that link the different areas of the park. This network of forest walks is ideal for hikers of all levels. At the bend of a rock or the end of a footbridge, nature will surprise you at its most beautiful! Breathtaking landscapes, waterfalls, rapids and forests follow one another, even on the shortest stretches. If you pay close attention, you might even spot the shyest specimens of the varied fauna that inhabit the area...

    Parcours d’aventure : un défi à votre hauteur!

    Brave the wall, the tree top course and the zip line over the falls! Fall back in childhood: climb the trees, face the cliff and launch yourself over the water! The challenge is accessible to all. The Via Ferrata is done on a rock face. The activity can be similar to rock climbing at times, but most often takes place horizontally. The course of the Parc de la rivière Batiscan stands out for its breathtaking scenery along the river and its rapids. It guarantees a good dose of adrenaline in a totally safe environment.

    CAMPING PARC DE LA RIVIÈRE BATISCAN

    Located in the Mauricie region alongside the Batiscan, this campground is divided into three sections : Barrage (Saint-Narcisse), Murphy (Saint-Stanislas) and Grand Bassin (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan). Rustic, semi-serviced and serviced campsites. Pets allowed. Located close to trails and the Via Batiscan adventure course. Open mid-May to mid-October.
