A hybrid between hiking and climbing, via ferrata (an Italian term) is a mountain course secured by steel cables and holds attached to a rock face. With our certified guides, experience some of the thrills of rock climbing in complete safety, without the need for experience or technical knowledge! There are a dozen via ferrata sites in Quebec, some of which are accessible even in winter, a great way to admire our snowy landscapes from a spectacular perspective.

On your next trip to the Laurentians, take time to enjoy a full lineup of outdoor activities for every taste, from beginners to pros looking for big thrills. Ride the waves in a kayak, paddle your canoe down winding rivers or stretch out in the sunshine, on one of Mont-Tremblant National Park’s sunny beaches. In winter, dog-sledding, alpine and cross-country skiing are but a few of the many outdoor activities to enjoy with Aventure Écotourisme Québec member outfitters.
