The parc régional des Grandes-Coulées includes two areas accessible for free: the Forêt ancienne with 10 km of trails along the beautiful Rivière Noire plus its many activities for the family and the Grande tourbière de Villeroy – a magnificent territory – with 3 km of trails including 1,2 km of boardwalk in the heart of an open bog.

    Sleeping in the heart of the forest: rustic camping and shelter

    The four rustic campsites in the Old Forest sector offer wooded and intimate sites in the very heart of the Sentier de l’Érablière. The grounds are only accessible on foot from the parking lot 1 km away. These unserviced sites (no water or electricity) offer a 12-foot x 12-foot sandbox for setting up a medium-sized tent, a fireplace with spark arrestor, a picnic table, picnic area, a dry toilet and a meal shelter nearby (facilities shared with other campers). Perfect for adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts!
