The Parc Régional des Chutes Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles is located in the heart of the municipalities of Sainte-Béatrix, Saint-Jean-de-Matha and Sainte-Mélanie, and offers over 26 km of hiking trails, picnic areas, footbridges and lookouts, as well as a nature interpretation trail. In addition to hiking, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing and Fat Bike rentals are also available in winter, as is river tubing in summer, offering a variety of activities for outdoor enthusiasts.
