Nestled in the heart of the Laurentian Mountains, the Parc national du Mont-Tremblant offers a breathtaking backdrop that was formed over a billion years ago. Overlooking the park, Mont Tremblant rises to 931 metres.
Built on the Vache Noire rock face at the entrance to the Diable sector, the via ferrata du Diable invites you to enjoy an extraordinary experience in the heart of these majestic Laurentian mountains. You’ll have a choice of four different routes stretching from 500 metres to a kilometre. Beams, monkey bridges, Nepalese bridges and footbridges will take you across unique panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscapes and waterways. At Tyroparc, you can climb the 60-metre-high rock face of Cap Beauséjour (the equivalent of a 20-storey building!), thanks to the rungs, handholds, bridges and wooden beams set up all along the via ferrata route. A magnificent view of the Ste-Agate-des-Mont mountain region awaits you at the summit. In addition, you’ll have the chance to descend the highest mega-zip lines in Quebec (open all year round)! A 200-metre via ferrata along a large rock face overlooking the river, which can be experienced day or night with the help of headlamps that are provided. What’s more, you can extend your enjoyment by taking on the challenge of the two treetop circuits and the seven zip lines, three of which pass just a few metres from the tumultuous waters of the Batiscan River.
Younger adventurers can also take up the challenge with the new tree course featuring 18 games, including a 20-metre zip line.
