Mont-Ham Regional Park is a destination known for its hiking trails and the spectacular view from its summit: a 360-degree panorama of forest and agricultural landscapes. Mount Ham Regional Park is also a place where we cultivate precious links with our Aboriginal roots. In partnership with the Grand Council of the Waban-Aki Nation, various activities have been developed to promote and share ancestral knowledge: interpretation panels along the Legends Trail, Abenaki space, teepee accommodation, etc.

A guaranteed favorite
All outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the different levels of intensity offered in the park, with a summit that dominates the region at an altitude of 713 meters. From beginner to expert, the marked trails that crisscross the mountain total 18 km.

Camping at the summit
The Parc régional du Mont-Ham being a biological refuge, it is not possible to camp at the summit, except during activities supervised by the park. That's why we offer you the opportunity to join our organized outings, to enjoy a unique experience for a night at the top of the mountain.

Perfect for children
The Mont-Ham Regional Park welcomes many schools, since the routes are adapted to children and allow to reach the summit in a reasonable time. This is the perfect family activity! Moreover, you will be welcomed by a friendly and cheerful team.
